Q : What does the apartment rental price include?
A : The rental rates include taxes, utilities, telephone (see which destinations are included in the rent). The additional cleaning fee includes the cleaning at the end of your stay and the linens and towels. There is no charge for cable and internet. For reduced monthly rental rates, electricity is charged according to consumption allow 50 € to 100 € a month maximum, depending on how much you use electrical heating and hot water.

Q : What are the days and times of arrival and departure?
A : You are welcome to book any dates you choose, subject to availability. There are no imposed days of arrival and departure. Earliest check in is 2pm for and latest check out is 10am. Should you arrive earlier, you can drop your bags in the apartment during the cleaning. Same for departure. Simply let me know first. Should you wish to have an early check or a late check out, then you would need to book the extra night.

Q : Regulation is strict in Paris regarding short term rentals, are you legal?
A: Marais Elegance and Marais Chic two bedroom apartments have been regularized several years ago, so you can stay there on short term legally. The other apartments are rented for longer stays.

Q : What happens if I have to cancell my trip?
A : I refund your deposit is you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival date. After that, there won't be any refund of your deposit. Because we never know, I recommend subscribing to a cancelation insurance.

Q : Are Paris apartments for rent safe?
A : The Marais and Saint Germain are safe to wander around in, at any time of the day or night. The neighborhoods are upscale, inhabited by well-off individuals and families. Apartment buildings have a security-code entry, plus sometimes an intercom buzzer as well. Security should not be an issue during your stay. Just beware of pickpockets in the metro although this is not a big problem.

Q : Will someone greet us on arrival ?
A : I won't welcome you in person at the apartment but everything will be ready for your arrival. The keys will need be to be collected close to the apartment and the apartment will be set to guarantee that you'll settle in nicely. I'll be reachable on my cellphone if you have any questions upon arrival.

Q : How do we know how to use the appliances in the apartment? where to buy food near by ?...
A : In each apartment, you will find a special booklet specific to your apartment and area. This booklet explains how to use the apartment's appliances. It is also full of useful information about the neighborhood (grocery stores, bakeries near by for example), public transportation, touristic recommendations, etc.

Q : Will you have any restaurant that you recommend ?
A : I also put a booklet with cards of restaurants that I like. As many guests before you, you'll be welcome to add cards of restaurants, bars, cafés that you would like to recommend.

Q : What about the phone, TV and Internet ?
A : You can call for free more than 90 countries (on land lines only) and cellphones to the USA and Canada. Calls to my cellphone during your stay are included too. Check the free destinations to call here. Should you make charged calls, I'll process your card for the amount of your consumption. Incoming calls are free for you. English speaking channels in the apartments are Bloomberg TV, CNN International, Al Jazeera International, BBC World News and Sky News International. In each apartment I provide high speed wireless internet connection which is included in the rent. You will have to bring your laptop though, I don't provide computer.

Q : Should we bring hairdryer, converter, etc ?
A : No, I provide one hairdryer per bathroom, several electrical converters and umbrellas in each apartment.

Q : Should we bring cleaning products or are they provided ?
A : For your convenience I provide a few essentials for you to use upon your arrival, such as shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditionner, toilet paper, tissues and cleaning products for the dishwasher and washing machine. This is just to make things easy for the beginning of your stay. As you need more supplies, you will need to purchase them yourselves. In addition, you may find some products in the kitchen, such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, or sugar. These have been left by previous clients and you are welcome to use them and replenish them as you need.

Q : Are the rates negociable ?
A : Good question! I try to offer the best possible rates for my apartments. I spend lots of time and money to keep them spotless and in good condition, that's why my apartments are not the cheapest on the market, but I'm proud to say they must be some of the best in term of quality. The rates are flexible according to the season or in case of a last minute request for example.

Q : Do you reward returning clients ?
A : Yes of course! I'm so happy when my clients come back that I never forget to thank them by welcoming them with a good bottle of wine or Champagne (for the second return). For more stays, I send my driver to pick you up at the airport for free. Should you recommend my apartments to friends and family, they will benefit with a special welcome package too, thanks to you.
